Because honestly? I'm sick of cooking. I'm taking a holiday weekend from chopping, pureeing, etc.Last night, my son and I made pizza (frozen dough, sauce, shredded cheese, seasoning) and tonight, I grabbed the leftover bread and whipped up some good ol' French toast.
Tomorrow might be chicken nuggets and fries. We'll see just how uninterested in cooking I am.
