I just got my daughter 4 shirts and two pairs of pants at Justice for Girls (which can be expensive) for $23. It was online and I bought clearance items with 50% off entire order and free shipping. The code isn't valid anymore but the website that I got it from was www.dealsea.com It has all good deals on it.
There is also www.slickdeals.net They post some of the same deals but if you go into Forums, you can get magazine subscriptions for free. You need to do a silly survey but then you get the magazines for free. I had about 8 magazines that I would get a month!
I love reading about someone else who gets a thrill like I do :-)
