and since it's not a leap year, that means that at midnight tonight, my wacky challenge ends. Tomorrow, I can start buying groceries again.I thought I'd be THRILLED, but I'm kind of, "Eh. Whatever." There are absolutely things we're out of, but really, I'm not dying to bust through the glass doors like I thought I might be.
This challenge, while engaging, was not really the huge sacrifice I thought it would be. My husband, however, disagrees. That man wants orange juice like a dog wants a bone.
Tomorrow, I'll write a detailed wrap up. But in the mean time, does anyone have any questions, comments, or observations you want me to address in tomorrow's post? Leave them in the comments section.

CONGRATS KATY!! That's awesome!
BTW, Tropicana OJ is part of the Catalina deal going on at Shaw's this week (PRE-SALE prices!!!)
I think you did great! I'm very impressed. I'm looking forward to reading your wrap-up.
I am curious how this first trip might be different.
Like if you normally shop every week, will there be things on this trip that you wouldn't have bought?
ANY splurges?
PS my word to prove I was a real person really was goat goatee weird.
I'm so impressed you were able to make it the whole month. But I'm also excited to hear about coupon ideas. And I'm with Mel - I'd love to hear if your initial trips back are different (to restock).
This isn't really related to your challenge, but I'd love to see a version of your poll where it's how much do you spend per person in your household. I spent <$50/week, but that's not really that meaningful since I'm only shopping for myself.
Also, count me in for Mel's idea.
Congrats! I loved reading about this challenge everyday and look forward to seeing what is to come!
