I got all this stuff for $7.78.
This was pretty straight forward, too. No complex transactions or anything- just some good sales matched up with a butt kicking double coupons deal.
Are they our usual brands?
No. My husband has never hard of Gillette Shampoo- but it will clean his hair just fine and perhaps make his shower a more manly experience. I think he is sick of the free Garnier.
Will we use all of that?
Most of it, eventually. The other stuff will go to our local food pantry of women's shelter. We have a tight budget, so cash donations to charities aren't always feasible lately- but we sure as heck can donate food and toiletries.

I hit KMart twice. But only because I had a time limit the first time and I didn't get finished the first time. Ugghh!
AND I didn't walk out with anything close to the pennies you spent. But I do have to say that I am fairly new to this coupon thing and don't have a stash of coupons readily available to me just yet. But I'm working on it.

I have no idea if it is worth it or not since you do pay shipping. I suppose if you know that a particular circular has chock full of useful coupons it might be.

I found this site. Every week she does the work for you listing all the sales and the available coupons (and where they are... online, circulars, etc) for matching up.

It's cool that you got all that stuff so cheap and all, but I'm more impressed that you donate lots to the women's shelter. That's awesome! Reading that kind of thing gives me hope :)
