Anything tastes good with shredded cheese

OK, So it's Tuesday at 9:30 pm, and I haven't spent money on groceries yet (well, since Friday). That's good, right? :)

So far, we've been hitting the leftovers hard, but reinventing them a bit. Leftover spaghetti became a pasta bake- with cheese. Leftover chicken? Chicken Pot Pie... with cheese.

God bless those Kraft shredded cheese printables from a few weeks ago, and double God bless Stop & Shop for running a sale on them for $2 each- my freezer is jam packed with $1.50 bags of Kraft shredded cheese.

How do you reinvent your leftovers?

Cheese is divine! I try to only make enough food for us to eat (we grill a lot - so I try to ration our meat accordingly).

I usually always eat leftovers for lunch if we have them.

Way to go not spending any money yet! Are you going to roll over this $50 into next week or adapt the "If you don't use it, you lose it" policy?!

Did you get the Peapod invite?

Almost anything is good wrapped in a flour tortilla!!!! Spaghetti, roast beef, hamburger helper...you name it...if its leftover in our house it gets wrapped up in a tortilla for my hubbys lunch the next day!!! :0)
