I don't know if this is a regional thing - I saw the same $1 doubler promo on Wicked Cool Deals - but there were no 'double coupon' coupons in my circular this week!
Maybe it's just a RI/CT thing??? Who knows...I don't!
I didn't see anything either- that's why I was all, "Whaaaaa?"
