So I really REALLY like those Arnold Sandwich Thins. They're tasty and only ONE POINT each (hear that, fellow Weight Watchers?).Here's the issue- they do go on sale once in a while, but I don't think I've ever seen an Arnold coupon out there. So, I rarely bought them.
Then, I decided I'd show the Arnold Bread company a little love. I found their website, and sent an email telling them the large role their product plays in my butt reducing journey.
Well 3 days later- a little stack of $1 coupons arrived in the mail. Sweet!
So I tried it with some other companies... and same result!
Doesn't everyone- even big companies- appreciate a little thank you note now and again? I think so. Give it a try- it just might pay off (and it will make a nice change for the customer service representative who is so used to hearing complaints!).

I haven't eaten these - but BJ's has them a lot cheaper than the grocery store (Celeste at Itty Bitty Bistro told me about them a while ago).
I used to do this all the time Katy. It really works great. I've even gotten coupons for free products that way. :)
Hi Katy - I didn't know you were on WW! Me too - 20 lbs and counting... I'll have to try those Arnold Sandwich Thins. Always looking for a one point snack. Bonus for being a nice and generous company too!
Great idea! I sent off three complimentary emails today and hope to get some complementary products in return! :) I'll let you know how it works!
I've gotten similar results from some companies and no results from others (Hear that Kellogg! I love frosted mini-wheats!).
