
The soup was actually good. I had all of the ingredients except for butternut squash (I used summer squash).
Rob even ate it, and said it was good.
I'm just psyched because I got to check off two "vegetable" boxes on my Weight Watchers journal.

seriously laughing about checking off veggies for WW. i can't remember the last time i checked off veggies in my WW log!
